Arlo Pro Cameras won't recharge to 100% and Arlo Smart detection doesn't work properly

Hi Im using two Arlo Pro camer'as outside, using arlo smart add on as well. It was working great for a while till the driveway camera battery level all of sudden dropped out, had to recharge, could not recharge to 100%. been using that camera for about a month now and battery level is exactly reacting like first time, slow change, looking to use for about 4 moths'. however, not the arlo smart features like vehicle detetction is not working. this worked well before. Is there Arlo software issues with the cloud, app that could be causing these issue's. the arlo smart feature was working great loved it...lots of talk on internet about software issue's causing battery and other issue's..............if anyone know more, helpp....thanks

you do know that while using Smart... the camera records for all motion. The video is sent up and at the far end the AI makes a decesion what the trigger reason was, then notice sent back.  This does of course result in more recordings at times and less battery life.
