Setting up Arlo Chime 2 nothing happens when it asks to connect to the Arlo network.

Please check the mobile device and the Chime 2 are within range of your router and that the 2.4 GHz band is enabled. Try resetting the chime by holding the sync button until the LED flashes, then reinstall it through the Arlo App. Also, check for special characters in your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) or password.
