Another smart plan issue

Here goes another.  Last night the first 5 cameras on my plan disappeared from my grant access to my wife, completely gone.  Now since I have a 70% hearing loss her phone is what is used at night for notifications, another unprotected night.  This was true for her phone and the portal.  Looked this morning and she still had access rights to all 7.  The fix was simple enough uncheck the 5 and save add them back and save but still a unprotected night.  This is suppose to be a upper level security system.  As is, I could have just purchased Arlo stickers to put up like some do with ADT
