Amber light keeps flashing for a long time then eventually goes to solid blue

Hi Community 

I have a Arlo Smart Hub model VMB4540

Why does the Amber light keeps flashing for a long time ( more than an hour or more)Then eventually goes to solid Blue?

Can someone assist?
WiFi is good, running at 693 Mb/s

That sounds like a camera is having issues with its connection.

Is the system still working during that time or is everything offline?
