Alexa cannot find Arlo doorbell

Didn’t work with my Echo, I now have a Show 8 and it just doesn’t find the doorbell. I have the skill enabled and have tried changing the resolution on the doorbell as some have suggested but no luck. Alexa is able to find other devices ok
