Adding 6th camera. Trying to get 50% off after adding 5 cameras on Smart Plan but won't let me?

I have 5 cameras on the 5 camera Smart Plan. I added a 6th Arlo Pro 2 camera. I understood I could add additional cameras and it would be 50% off. I tried adding a single camera and it will not let me. It seems I would have to go to a single camera plan, but then the price is higher than the 5 camera plan. Can I add an additional camera in addition to the 5 camera Smart plan. Thank you.

With an existing plan, Elite or Premier, additional single camera plans are discounted. Not sure why you're having problems. Maybe some screenshots of the process you're getting would help.

Thank you for your response.
I took screen shots of what I am seeing. I am in a free trial for the Arlo Pro 3 and added 2 Arlo Pro 2. It will not let me add. It will only let me have the multiple plan or switch to a single plan.

If I'm interpreting properly, the problem is that you have a trial subscription. WHat were the original cameras - Pro 2s? Did you have a subscription for these (the Premier one)? Detail what cameras you have and when they were added (roughly) as well as when you got any subs, trial or paid, for them. I think we're close to an understanding and solution.

Thank you for your help. I started the account I think on January 31, 2021. I had 4, Arlo Pro 3 that came with a 3 month trial. I also had a Arlo Pro 2, so I signed up for a Arlo Premier plan, so currently I am assuming it is for the Arlo Pro 2. But the Arlo Pro 3 are included in the 5 cameras, that can be on the account. Saturday, I got an additional Arlo Pro 2 and that is when I tried to add it and it would not let me.

Since this seems to be an account issue, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. My take is that the Premier account would handle the Pro 3s and the Pro 2s would be free.
