“AI” occasionally fails to learn.
For months now, your “AI” has been misidentifying a weaving bush on one of my cameras as a person. Despite providing numerous videos, Arlo’s “AI” remains unresponsive to the data.
To address this issue, your donation dialog could be improved. Arlo could either:
- Enhance the “donate Video” dialog by displaying an input field when a window pops up to
confirm the “donation” and allow the user to specify the actual cause of the event.
- Alternatively, Arlo could present a selectable list of possible event reasons for the user to
choose the appropriate cause.
Implementing these changes could significantly improve the learning capabilities of your “AI,” which, like any “AI,” occasionally misinterprets what a camera “sees.”

I agree that it would make it easier for people (or bots) to curate the donations.
