Unable to create case on Arlo support for Arlo Bridge/Security Light. Getting "Page Unavailable".

I'm trying to create a support case for Arlo Bridge/Security Lights since over 48 hours. Every time I try, getting following error. Not sure if this is just me or something site wide issue.

No I'm trying to open case by entering information in the form presented on the site. I used couple of times in last few months and worked fine, but now suddenly it is not working for over 3-4 days now.
Chat is also not available every time I checked. I'll call as last option. Hopefully that will work 🙂
