Tried to connect security light to bridge, fail. Tried reinstalling app and bridge.

Connected bridge to network, all good. Tried to connect security light to bridge, fail.
Lights turn blue on both devices but goes off on bridge before sync.
Tried reinstalling app, removing and reinstalling bridge, distances of devices good range, all works except the blue light on bridge goes out just before sync error.
App version and iOS version up to date.

The unit is brand new

Hey ThaMachine,

 

Try removing the battery from the Arlo Security Light and re-inserting it back and make sure that the LED on your Arlo Bridge blinks blue after syncing the Sync button on your Arlo Security Light and then tapping "Continue" in the Arlo app during setup.

Thank you and I tried it, still does not work. I have Arlo cameras and video doorbell. This item did not work. I returned it
