I am so incredibly frustrated with this product. Everything was working fine. I changed a battery on one of my lights and now I am unable to get them working again and not able to sync with the wifi. If you haven't bought this product, DON'T . Incredibly unreliable and a waste of money

Is the problem with the wifi connection of the bridge or is it with the bluetooth connection of the light to the bridge?

I don't see a WiFi icon in my browser or app for the bridge or lights.
ALso, the image you posted is a scam site - the phone number is definitely not Arlo's. This, along with your username, makes me think you are part of the scam.
