My security light will charge and work whilst plugged into power. As soon as I pull out the power cable, it stops working. How do I fix this issue?

You may have a faulty battery or one that has completely discharged. I believe the lights use the same battery as the original Pro and Pro 2 cameras so you may need to buy a new one. However, try this FAQ to see if you can revive the old battery:

The trick is the plug and unplug several times to get enough charge into the battery to allow it to then properly charge. If this works, be sure to proactively charge the batteries.

The above reply rather sounds like an AI response.
Arlo cameras are not repairable but RMAs are possible within the warranty period. Security lights are very likely out of warranty. If you have multiple batteries (maybe from multiple lights or cameras that use the same battery) you can swap them around to see if the battery has an issue or it's the light that's the problem. Check the battery contacts and clean them on each side of the connection. How do you know the battery is charging?
