Security Light is not powering up

I have a security light that does not power up when you insert the battery, I have tried batteries from other lights that are working, but it does not respond. They were purchased in September 2019.

 

Is there a way to hard reset the light? or any other advise how to bring it back to life?

No reset to my knowledge other than pulling battery.

It should flash once when battery installed, if not contact Arlo support for warranty issue.
