Security Light - Clarity/Lighting & Positioning Question

I purchased a three pack of Arlo ALS1103C-100NAS lights from Costco and they work well. I wanted to know if there is a better solution to improve the clarity of the light when facing a street light. I noticed one of the two lights facing the street is a little bit granular at times. I am thinking of re-positioning it, but wanted input if anyone else has had any luck dealing with lighting.
