Bought Security Lights but cannot download app on phone

I bought the 3 lite camera package. I purchased a smart phone and ran into a problem downloading you app from the google app store, starting when google forgot my password, I gave google my desktop email name and it stopped downloading and when directly to my arlo system page. Now I can't finish downloading ARLO APP, even using amazon on phone.--help

That's a Google issue, not Arlo.
