I recntly bought an arlo system, and decided to upgrade it with some security lights. However, this requires a bridge setup. I have tried on both of my android devices to get the arlo app to read that QR code, no success. I have taken a picture of it and blown it up, tried turning the code reader bar each and every way. Not sure what else to try. Any suggestions out there? Everything I am reading online suggests that I cannot hook up this bridge unless that qr code scanes. thank you in advance!

newt3425,
Is it possible to try and use someone else's device to scan the QR codes? Have you tried to see if there is any debris of some sort on the code,?
