Hi.
I have just purchased a 2 x Wire-Free Arlo Security Lights. I have tried Registering this product on-line but it does not recognise the serial number. The Serial Number is clearly shown on the box and this is the Serial Number I insert - but it still does not recognise.
Any ideas or help please ??? I am in Australia.

If you are trying to register your product with Netgear, Arlo and Netgear are now two separate compamies. You do not need to register your Arlo products as they are automatically registered with Arlo when you install them.
