Simply, the battery will not charge. The light works fine on AC power but when, after charging (and unplugging/re-plugging the battery) the light immediately dies and shows no sign of life, at all, on battery power.

I joined Arlo chat today but waited an hour without being able to connect. I also can’t get through on the customer service phone number.

Any ideas on this community?

Thanks so much!

If the battery was allowed to fully deplete, there's a process detailed here in an FAQ as to how to get it charged again. Basically, it's plugging it in at least 6 times to get enough charge in the battery to allow it to then fully charge. If you have other devices that use the same battery, I'd try swapping them around to see if it's the battery or light.
