Arlo Pro system and Arlo security lights won’t work

Arlo lights won’t work at all. I chose arlo - neighbor held out for Ring. Hers work perfectly. Mine are bricks. Then had an intruder tonight, and the arlo Pro cameras no longer work with the mic!! Tried to yell at them... no avail. Happy I do have a ring doorbell, so went they crossed in front of it to get to my other gate, I could yell at them through the ring. Worked perfectly. And zero customer service!!
