Just visited Costco today.  The 3 pack of lights with the mounts and 4 batteries is now $99.00.  The woman working the department said that they are not selling.  At this price, it is worth it for just the batteries.  If you previously purchased them at the higher price, go into Costco and ask for a price adjustment.  They can even look up your receipt.
