Yet another new bug.  I hesitate even pointing it out since you're not paying me to be your tester, but it's still happening after about a week and no one else has pointed it out yet.

On the browsers, if I click on the Feed for a single camera, instead of seeing the list of recordings, I see that message.

If I reload the site and log in again, the recordings show.  If I click on the feed for all cameras the recordings show up as expected.

What browser are you using? Have you tried to delete the cache and cookies and see if that helps the behavior you are seeing?

@BrookeN

Yes, the caches and cookies have been cleared multiple times.

This occurs in both Safari and FF.  Both browsers are up to date.  This only started happening ~1 week ago (or a little more), but has been happening every day since.

And I see that email notifications are still disabled.  Seriously, can Arlo do anything right?

As I stated, they're both up-to-date.

Whatever they did to fix it, it's now working properly.

I know that I always come off as very angry. It's because I am.

I'm so beyond fed up with Arlo and the failure to address the concerns over our security, that even the little things infuriate me.  You can't (or won't) even address the email notification feature here after almost 2 months.  We don't believe the excuse provided.

We've all paid a good amount of money for our systems. Many are paying monthly fees just to maintain what they've already paid for. Arlo has crippled the functionality, made what's still there far more difficult to use and destroyed any confidence we have in our security systems. The worst part of it is that Arlo doesn't seem to care. Nothing major gets addressed.

I wasn't going to do it until later, but I've decided on a new security system and will be dropping Arlo for good. I have made certain that no one I know ever goes near an Arlo product.
