Why am I being charged for Arlo when I've never heard of them. It's been 5 months now

I need to know why I'm getting charges from this company when I've never heard of them. This is the 5th month & I can't reach a human. Seems like a scam company. Can someone please help? I have a limited income & this is ridiculous

I am tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS , as they can connect you with Arlo support.  That might take a couple days, since mod coverage is probably lighter due to the holidays.

 

But someone got hold of your credit card info.  So you should also contact the credit card company, report the fraud, and get a new card.
