I thought this was supposed to happen every 2 weeks. This has been getting worse. It is like Arlo doesn't want me to view my camera recordings via the PC Browser.

You will need to re-authenticate after you reboot the PC. There are likely other scenarios, some depend on browser settings and security software. The authentication "memory" is done with cookies, so anything that automatically deletes those will shorten the time.

I agree Arlo seems on the fence with the browser. IMO, you should be able to do everything in the browser that you can in the app (and vice versa). But increasingly Arlo implements features only in the app - including installation of many of the newer cameras and doorbells, and of course direct access to local storage.
