What subscription plan accepts 4 cameras in 2 different locations (places)?

Could you recommend  what subscription plan accepts 4 cameras in 2 different locations (places)?   I one subscription can be done only for one location , should I open several accounts in order to have subscription plans for two different locations?

If you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu, then you need two different subscriptions.  If you see "Library". then one will work.  Later on, Arlo will migrate your account to "Feed", and at that point you will need another one.

But there is no need for two accounts, you can get both subscriptions in one account.
