Arlo support is absolutely terrible, I don't even know if what they are telling me is true. I put in a case last week that I couldn't view previous days of CVR recordings and was told it's a system wide issue but they still don't have an ETA when it will be fixed.
Anybody else have CVR recordings that are working? Mine only shows a live view. Doesn't matter if I use the app or log in from the web, CVR timeline doesn't show previous times and reverts to live view and I can't select different days.
I just canceled my CVR plan because I'm not going to keep paying for something that doesn't work and there is no ETA when it will be fixed. I've had Arlo cameras for years but I'm about to dump this whole garbage system.
