Dear Arlo Support Team,
I am reaching out with an urgent complaint regarding a recent and unexpected change to my Arlo Secure subscription:
Following the purchase and setup of seven additional Arlo cameras, the Arlo app automatically switched to a new version of Arlo Secure. To my great disappointment, I discovered that this version no longer supports one of the key features I rely on: the ability to manage a security plan across multiple locations.
This limitation was not communicated at the time of purchase, and it severely impacts my current setup. Until now, I was able to manage and secure multiple sites through a single, centralized plan. With the new version, it seems I am now required to purchase and manage separate subscriptions for each location, which would lead to a significant cost increase.
Given that I just made a substantial investment in expanding my camera system, this change is extremely frustrating. The current pricing structure for the new plans is not financially viable for me and would ultimately force me to stop using Arlo products altogether, despite having been very satisfied with your system in the past.
I kindly request clarification on the following points:
1. Is it possible to revert to the previous version of Arlo Secure, which supported multi-location management under a single plan?
2. If not, please provide a clear explanation as to why such a fundamental limitation was introduced without any warning during the expansion of the system.
3. Are there any alternative solutions that would allow me to manage my multi-location setup under a single, cost-effective plan?
I would appreciate a prompt response, as I rely on a centralized and scalable security solution for my use case.

I do not work for Arlo, but @BrookeN and @JamesC do, so paging them so they can give you their official copy/paste response.
My responses:
1. No, Arlo refuses to revert any of us to the previous version
2. We've been trying to get that answered for more than a year, but they refuse.
3. Leaving Arlo seems to be the only solution.
Look through this forum and read some of the many many similar posts to yours to understand more. There are a number of posts recommending alternatives to Arlo. If you can return the new cameras and eat the loss on the old ones, it may be time for a switch.
