Unable to log in to Arlo.netgear.com from my pc

This just started yesterday on my pc with Windows.  When attempt to log in to my cameras get the screen that says:

  CONNECTION FOR THIS SITE IS NOT SECURE

ARLO.NETGEAR.COM USES AN UNSUPPORTED PROTOCOL

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Have been viewing my cameras several times each day for years, but now starting yesterday takes me to the screen above.  Tried rebooting my pc/router/system, but did no good.  Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

Stop using arlo.netgear.com and use my.arlo.com instead.

Arlo was divested from Netgear back in 2018, and set up my.arlo.com back then.  Netgear kept arlo.netgear.com up as a convenience (changing it to redirect to my.arlo.com), but something clearly went wrong recently on the Netgear end.
