Trying to connect daughter to Arlo Secure App

I am trying to connect my daughter to my Arlo Secure App. I have followed all the steps. However the requests always timeout before she receives the passcode.

I assume you mean she's trying to log into her new account? Have you tried both the text as well as the email selections (Try Another Method)?
