Trouble renewing subscription

I renewed my subscription and was charged and now I have no plan. I am unable to reach someone because the app says I have no plan. How do I fix this? I need access to my library for an upcoming case

I am having the exact same problem. This is the most frustrating thing ever- I can't talk to a person about my new plan (that I paid for) not showing up because the stupid chatbot tells me I don't have a plan....
