Dear Sir Or Madam,
I opened multiple support tickets about my issue with promotion email.
Ticket #1: 42942669
Ticket#2: 42943477
Here is my story: My free trial with Arlo secure is about to expiry and luckily, I received a 25% off Arlo Secure promotion email from you guys, and I decided to take advantage of this offer to become a paid customer. But the "Join Now" button directs me to a blank page.
I contacted support about this issue, and I was advised someone will contact me but no one ever did. I don't know where else I can get help with. So I'm here.
