I am irate. I was charged twice for subscription then not even given service and keep getting an error message about cannot find master subscription. I want this fixed immediately.

I've tried contacting support and have ran into a dead end. I recently received the email regarding the price changing, etc. I also received a discount code to use when signing up for the annual plan. When I signed up for the annual plan a few days ago, the website was having issues and now I have two problems: 1. I have been charged twice ($143 and $155) 2. I have no Arlo Secure Plan when I login, even though I have paid (twice apparently).
