Someone took My arlo off the bracket and it's lost a full day and I can't retrieve back the evidence and I need it. I think I will go back to ring as that felt like I had alot more security

What camera model was it?

if it was connected via a arlo base station and backup storage was implemented you should have recordings.

even without Base you should have recordings in your arlo cloud library. Are you saying that they are missing or never recorded?
