Snapshots not showing up on web and Android (part 2)

Since my last thread was closed before a solution was found, can someone tell me how to get in touch with Support?  I get an email saying they're going to call me on a specific day but instead call some other day when I'm not available.  And they don't respond to emails just randomly call.
