Smart hub says it is offline

I can’t get my Arlo app to detect my smart hub., and says it is offline. The blue light is solid, meaning it is hooked to the internet Wi-Fi. I have not received any help or support from the Arlo support team. I would like a number that I can call them. I’ve tried everything on the website to help. That’s a waste of my time.

Arlo support can be found via the arlo app settings/support path.

Does the offline status appear in both mobile app and using the arlo web portal in browser?
