Smart functions not working after Secure PLus Upgrade

I have just upgraded my Secure Multi subscription to Secure Plus. Since then, I no longer have access to the “smart” features. Package detection, person detection, etc. — nothing works anymore.

For example, if I try to enable smart notifications, your website tells me:

Smart Notifications aren't supported on your devices. Your current cameras do not meet the minimum requirements needed. Learn more about which Arlo devices support Smart Notifications.”

I have tried turning my cameras off and back on, as well as restarting the Smart Hub, but the problem persists. The bug occurs both on your website and in the iOS app.

All of my cameras are affected (Pro 5 and Ultra 2).

If I go to my Secure Plus subscription it says that all my 6 cameras are included into the plan.

resolved.

I had to cancel my subscription and to do a new one, the problem was on Arlo server I think.
