Since the release of the latest app in late Janaury, there is a problem sharing access. Access to cameras is shared and the request accepted. However, the recipient cannot then see the cameras in the app or online.

Generally this happens when one account shows "Library" in the app menu, but the other shows "Feed" and "Dashboard". Is that your situation?

If the primary account is showing "Library", then the simplest approach is to use the same username/password on all phones instead of using the "Friend" feature. Arlo used to only allow one login at a time, but they changed that a few months ago. Note if you do this, the other user will have full control of the system and access to all cameras. They also can access the subscription page. The benefit of this path is that nothing will change in the user interface.
The other path is to migrate the primary account from "Library" to "Feed". There are a couple of downsides here. "Feed" is organized differently. Although most features are still there,
- one big miss is that "Feed" has no custom modes. If you use custom modes, then I recommend that you not migrate.
- Scheduling is also done differently, and many people struggle with the new approach. We can help with that if you use schedules now.
- Also, if you use geofencing, you will find that "arrive" doesn't immediately follow your schedule. So you will need to sometimes manually change modes when you return home.
If hack you use for migrating is to go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. You can't complete that process, since you don't have that camera. But the workflow will migrate you to "Feed" before you get stuck.
