Shared Camera not showing after the app was upgraded

I just upgraded the Arlo Secure App to the latest version.

 

Before the upgrade take in place.

I can see two cameras, one of them is by myself, and the rest of them is own by others who share the access to me. 

For now, the app just show only my camera. But missing the camera that was shared to me.

The strange thing is, the app is still able to sending the motion detect alert for both cameras.

If you now see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu:  In order to see the shared camera, the other account also needs to be migrated to "Feed".

 

But there are some disadvantages with "Feed".

  • While the three modes can be modified,  you cannot add new custom modes.
  • The combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't completely work.

If the other account owner is ok with those disadvantages, then they can migrate to "Feed" by going into "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s camera.  That will fail, since they don't own the camera.  But the workflow will migrate their account to "Feed" before they get stuck.
