Shared Access Geofence

Using IPhone 16 Pros and iOS 18.2.

I have my account as the main account for our Arlo camera setup. My wife’s account is shared and has access rights to everything. I have set her iOS settings to show Arlo Secure App location as Always. However, after a day or two my wife’s iOS settings will change to while using. Does anyone know why this is happening? It completely defeats the purpose of geofencing.

It sounds like it may be related to an iOS issue. Can you try reaching out to Apple support to see if they can provide further assistance on this setting.
