I signed up for a trial account when I purchased a Floodlight camera on 8 March 2023 and My Arlo account shows that the trial is active until 11 June 2023. However, my PayPal account has now been debited twice with a monthly subscription fee of £2.79. If this is a free trial, why am I being charged?

Apparently you chose to buy a subscription because 1) you can't buy a trial sub and 2) the trial is applied automatically when first setting up the cameras. You can unsubscribe if you wish but it would appear that you're close to the expiration of the 3 month trial so you'd just have to re-subscribe.
