Removing account and starting over

Before I completely change to a different camera system due to the inability of Geofencing to work with my Samsung phone, I thought I would remove my account and start over.

 

The setup summary page for geofencing shows "enabled mobile devices (2)", but the page to edit that only lists my current  phone. I have tried everything else in my phone settings. 

 

Any help on just removing my account so that I can start over?
