Refund for subscription code

I purchased a subscription via the Arlo website and never received the code. I reached out to the chatbot to get a customer representative and they ended up providing me with the code. When I tried to add it to my account it did not work. I reached backed out and they stated it was because my account was attached to Belgium because I created the account while I was stationed there so they could not refund it or help me. I created a new account since I’m now stationed in the states and the code (that is not linked to any account) still will not work. The eu link the provided does not work and I’m now unable to contact anyone in Arlo to assist me. This is pretty crazy that I can’t talk to someone to assist me. I would like a refund for my subscription

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
