I added two persons to the admin function.  The system sent them emails.  They completed the process and received confirmation that they did, but the my system set up still says pending.  What else must I do?

Have them try again on a PC.  They need to click on "create account" - that will open a browser window to my.arlo.com.  From there they can just log into their existing account (no need to create a new one).  They do need to complete the two factor authentication (to fully log on).  After they've done that, make sure your account shows the invitations as accepted.

 

That might not be enough.  There are two user interfaces in the current app.  Some people see "Library", others see the newer interface which shows "Feed" and "Dashboard".  The friend account feature requires all the accounts to match (either all showing "Feed", or all showing "Library"). 

 

Likely the two friend accounts are showing "Feed"  If that is the case, and yours shows "Library", then you need to migrate to "Feed" as well.  The way to do that is to go into "add device" and start to add a pro 5s camera.  That process can't be finished, because you don't own that camera.  But the workflow will migrate your account to "Feed".

 

A note of caution here - Once you migrate to "Feed", you cannot shift back to "Library".  There are some problems in Feed - one is that there are no custom modes.  Also people have struggled to get scheduling and geofencing to work correctly.
