Over charged for this month

250 was drafted from my account this month and I need to know why!

we pay 30 a month for our service and have not missed a single payment. Why was this month charge so high.

i need someone to respond asap please!

You can dispute that charge with the bank. There's nothing that Arlo has that would cause that amount. Start with the bank to see what they can track for the charge.

 

BTW, did you attempt to contact Arlo by Googling for support? There's a ton of scammers that could have taken advantage of your contact, not to mention just being hacked.

As @jguerdat stated there is nothing that we would have charged for that much unless an order was placed. I can send you to support, however I do not think it will do any good on this case as it sounds like a fraudulent charge. You can dm me a screenshot of the charge that went out and I can look into it. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page. But I am assuming that it is not a charge from us at Arlo.
