Only have the last 24 hours video history saved

I have a contract with Arlo for the Plus Unlimited plan.
This plan is supposed to save video history for 60 days, but I only have the last 24 hours of history saved on the Dashboard (on the Arlo website/phone).
Why does this happen and how can I make sure that video history is saved on Dashboard for 60 days?
