the audio tone for mode changes is not working at all. The notification banner works but no sound 

odd part is, when armed and a camera detects motion and records, both banner and tone notifications work as expected. 
sure would be nice to see this acknowledge by Arlo and a remedy solution provided

Thanks for the feedback. Are you saying that when you manually switch the modes within the dashboard screen with the buttons at the top, you get the notification pop-up, but that notification does not have an audible sound? 

I'm not able to replicate this on the latest version of iOS with iPhone 16 Pro Max. Can you try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app and test this on another device as well?
