Notifications don't clear on multiple devices

Like most users I have Arlo app set up on mobile phone as well as iPad.  Previously when there was a notification of a recording I could clear it on one device and then the notification flag would clear on the other.  Since the new software was pushed out that doesn't happen.  Turning notification off and on thru iOS settings doesn't work.  The only thing that does is to log out of the Arlo app and then log back in.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thank you for the feedback. Are you referring to the badge counter?

 

When receiving notifications on the Lock Screen and when clearing the badge counter, the devices need to be cleared or reviewed independently for the notification and badge counter to reset.
