No longer receiving doorbell low battery notification

I used to receive email and app push notifications when my Arlo Doorbell battery was getting low - but these stopped about a year ago.  My email address is correctly registered and nothing is going into my spam folder.  I tried un- and re-installing the app, as well as doing a hard reset on the doorbell. Arlo Support chat has not been able to help me. This has basically made my doorbell useless as there have been multiple times that the battery died and I had no idea for days. Can someone help me get the email and/or app notifications back on?

I will have your device placed on a test firmware that should resolve this symptom until the firmware is released to production.

I put your device on that version and you should see an improvement the next time your device triggers the notification.
