No login fields in mobile app

I tried to open the app this evening and I was logged off. I entered my credentials and the app just hung there. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app won’t populate the fields for username and password. All I see is a blue screen with the Arlo logo. Is there an issue with the mobile app for iPhone?

  1. Restart the phone
  2. Put it into airplane mode (disabling both wifi and mobile data)
  3. Launch the app
  4. After you see the internet connection error, take the phone out of airplane mode

You should then be able to log in.
