No login fields in mobile app

I tried to open the app this evening and I was logged off. I entered my credentials and the app just hung there. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app won’t populate the fields for username and password. All I see is a blue screen with the Arlo logo. Is there an issue with the mobile app for iPhone?

- Restart the phone
- Put it into airplane mode (disabling both wifi and mobile data)
- Launch the app
- After you see the internet connection error, take the phone out of airplane mode
You should then be able to log in.
