No library button in the app, no recordings

I have an arlo secure subscription for 12.99/month but I do not have a library button in my app nor do I see any video recording.

any help is greatly appreciated

Do you see Dashboard and Feed instead?

If you do, are there recordings in Feed?

hi Steve,

yes I do see a dashboard and also feed. I see recordings in feed only when its triggered by motion, an animal or person and it records a clip. However my question is if I want to just look at the recordings of the past 24 hours I cannot see that.

Teshtar,

Feed is the new, updated version of library. If you're seeing recordings and clips in Feeds, this is working as expected.
