No access to Live Feed for shared account

  • The account I have shared with another user all of a sudden will not show Feed. She is able to see the cameras and view them in live mode but unable to see the footage in the feed. I have deleted them and re-added. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you using local recordings instead of cloud recordings (that is, you don't have a subscription)? What phone and OS version for the guest account? Has she tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?
