Recently switched to samsung 24 ultra. Unfortunately,  I send the old phone to mobile because it was a trade in. Now I can't access my arlo on the new phone. Please help.

Can you try email verification?  It's easiest to do this next to a PC so you don't need to close the app window to see the email code.
